BACV / Buzzer

When the car isnt started but the key is turned one click, is the BACV supposed to make a constant clicking noise? Also, what can make the warning buzzer go on? Thanks

Yes. It's a solenoid that's rapidly pulsed open and shut just like a fuel injector.
