When the car isnt started but the key is turned one click, is the BACV supposed to make a constant clicking noise? Also, what can make the warning buzzer go on? Thanks

Yes. It's a solenoid that's rapidly pulsed open and shut just like a fuel injector.

There are numerous warning buzzers in the car. What does it sound like? Where exactly is it coming from?

low oil, low coolant and redlining it.....i think thats all that will make the buzzer go on
