Yeah, Autozone rocks it.
I rented the pilot bearing puller and the slide hammer. After I ground down the pilot bearing remover a little bit...it took about four blows of the slide hammer and it was out. Unreal! And that was with the E shaft sitting on my bench

The grinding is more than just a little... I got that autozone stuff and had to take like 60% of the teeth off in order to fit it in there. Not that it matters, just saying.

I should have measured it before I started grinding. But when I was done I think the two jaws were 0.58" and the ID of the PB was .60"
YEah, it worked so damn well...destroyed the bearing though. The rolly things were everywhere

Actually, Glad I got lucky...glad it worked out in the Eshafts end?
With my dremel and a 80 grit sanding whee I spent about 10 minutes grinding it down.
Yeah, if I keep blowing my enigne I am going to just buy the damn things.
Geez, about 40 bucks for the puller AND the slide hammer. Rather cheap.
