Spark plug wire question

I was looking at buying an s4 TII and I found one but it doesnt run. It has spark, compression, and is getting fuel. My question is on both the trailing and leading coils the #1 wire goes to the rear rotor and the #2 wire goes to the front rotor. It is like that for both the trailing and leading plugs. Is this right? I could pick the car up for $400 and it seems like the front rotor would be the #1 rotor and the rear rotor would be #2. I was just wondering because I thought maybe the guy switched the wires up when he changed them last and they look kinda new.

Awsome, thank you. I will have to pick up the car and change the plugs around then see if I can get it running.
