More work than you can imagine.

First of all, you have none of the wiring.
Secondly, there are a multitude of minor structural additions that your chassis doesn't have either...stuff like the studs that the belt tracks bolt to, the upper and lower sail panels (b-pillar) are totally different (both in looks and mounting) and your headliner and a-pillar trim are different too.

I retrofitted the manual belts to my S5 which was considerably different (and easier) than what you propose.

For the love of god WHY?!

That's one thing I love about my Canadian S5, no auto belts. I'm smart enough to remember to and know how to do up my own seat belt.

The automatic "mouse" belts were the worse "improvement" Mazda ever made to the US spec FC. They should have gone the airbag route...

Have you ever had a car with auto seatbelts? For any length of time? This is not I repeat not an upgrade... Come here I will let you borrow my AK to end it all if that is what you really want. Doh!

im pretty sure i have every part availble since its coming off a my 90gtu parts car.

i was thinking it would be too much work any ways. so then what should i do about the seat belts and the a pillers?

you got it backwards. Most people try to get RID of their S5 mouse belts for the S4 manual belts. Like they said above: Go to the canadian section and buy their black manual belts.
