atf treatment

the most common i found is a 24 hour allowance before firing the motor but i have also heard of people going longer. some shorter. just put atf in and just gettin a rough idea before i start it up.

I've only used ATF as a starting aide on an engine that lacks compression, and therefore it's in the engine for only a short period of time. I've never run into a problem, but read the following:

if you dont have a problem dont use atf if u want to clean the engine use seafoam in the engine then
