Anyone make some custom headlights?

I was wondering if anyone made any custom headlights for their FC. I was thinking of doing it but didn't know where to get the right kind of lights to use. I also was thinking of just going to a junkyard and getting some other cars lights and using them. Also, does anyone know a place they sell the East Bear kit? Thanks, pics are good too.

I havent yet, but I have looked into it. For round lights, you can use Integra lights or cut up some 3kGT lights. The 3KGT are a little smaller than the Integra lights. If you want to use rectangular lights, there are tons of options you could use, just look around. the 93-97 camaro has pretty small rectangular lights.

What would you do about wiring harnesses? I mean just splice the wires together or what? For the surrounding of the lights I was thinking of using maybe some figerglass and painted it & then using some plexiglass over it all. What do you think of that? Too difficult to make look good quality or what? I do want some round lights, think I should go try and pull the whole headlight piece from am integra or what else is there really? I really just want to make the lights not flip up anymore with some plexiglass over them, maybe tint the plexi a little bit too.

It wouldnt be hard with fiberglass. Even if the finish isnt perfect, you can just put bondo on it, sand it down, and paint it. The hard aprt is mounting the lights so you can still aim them properly. As for the wiring harness, I would grab the connectors from whatever lights you get, and splice those into your harness. That would make it look very clean.

Now can you actually see with those lights? It looks like the beam goes into the front bumper mostly. Now I was thinking of taking out the stock lights and cutting down to the flash-to-pass spots to make a better angle for the light beam. Then bondo everything up, sand and paint. What do you think?

I am currently making a mold for non-popups. They will look like the ones in the pics above only slightly raised so that the light goes out in front of the car and not into the front bumper.

Sounds good, are you selling anything? I want to cut the bumper all the way to the FTPs and put lights in and plexi over it. Think it will work?

what about this

Anyone ever consider leaving the headlight covers down and just cutting a nice square hole out and throwin some plexi in place of the hole? I think I might inspect this idea out tomorrow.
