anyone like apexi n1 duals?

i was thinking about getting the apexi n1 duals, i saw an FD with this system and it sounded and looked nice.

the only thing is i dont know how it would look, the duals on one side with the two cut outs for the stock duals...

the dual n1s only come like that for a FD, dual n1s for a FC come like the stock exhaust, but with huge mufflers, just like this http://www.teamfc3s.org/forum/member...s.php?img_id=2

really? can anyone else confirm this?

that just looks like two of the N1 single muffilers, the N1 duals are 90mm tips instead of the 115mm in the single

all the pics of them i've seen, there together out one side

they are split, one on each side, i have only seen 1 FC EVER with them both on the same side and this isnt a rare exhaust by any means... They look great, but like every other dual exhaust you can tell they dont have the exact same angle on them... it is a pretty good exhaust system if you want your car to be moderately loud - Loud....

lol trust me they come seperate, the only come that way for a FD. Now Im not sure but you might be able to fabricate the FD dual N1 to fit on your car, but I dont think it would be worth the money. You must be looking at pictues of FDs because I have never seen a pic with FD duals

i'll have to ask the people to look at it before i buy, so i know what i'm getting myself into

N1's look like that... if I'm able to get a digital camera, I'll take some pics of N1's on my 86 sport. I have pics of the exhaust set up on my lawn, but not on the car. They are loud. LOUD! My radio didn't work, thank goodness, with the Raceing Beat Header and Presilencer, I'd never have been able to use the radio anyway, and I loved it that way. Was countless times I would just drown out my brother while he was talking. He'd just stop talking and look over at me and give me a stare like, "You done?"

I also had the same thoughts when looking at it... two small 90mm tiped can's. I even called apexi and asked what the diminsions were of the tips. The guy I talked to ran down to the floor and measured one for me. Told me they were 90mm. To my surprise when they got to me, which at the time I wasn't happy about, they were 120mm, but now I love them. Just had to see them on the car myself infront of me to realize how nice it looked.

are you sure were talking about the same system? this is confusing me alot, how it says one thing on all these websites and all of you telling me another.

what are you going to call them about? They dont make a dual one sided setup for a FC. We all know, you can call them, but your going to get the same exact answer we are giving you. Its basically 2 single n1's on either side. I own them I know. They are large pipes.

Damn slow 2nd gen...wtf do you need a signed letter from the pope saying they are two mufflers one for each side of teh car?

We dont lie...it is really like that. I infact had the N1 duals for a FC.

It's tough to tell, but out of all the models they make the N1 for the FC is the ONLY one that has one on each side instead of two on one.
