This is the second time that I have purchased parts for my rex through Mazdatrix and both times I have had my order messed up in some way or another that required them to ship an item that they forgot the next day. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem with them and I am a fool for ordering from them or this is just a bad luck associated random occurence?

I am not insanely pissed or anything because as luck would have it my repair or upgrade days were pushed back for other reasons but if I was really strapped for time I would like to know whether or not to order from them n e more.

Infact i just got my parts i ordered wed night today...
And i only used UPS ground.

 

I ordered parts last friday, arrived weds order perfect!

 

Been ordering from them for seven to ten years and they have yet to botch a order. Happy customer here.

 

I've ordered a few times and aside from getting raped when my packages cross the border, they've been A1.

 

I guess it has just been the usual streak of bad luck lately that I have seen in all things auto. O well.

 

i ordered from them like last thurs or fri, and got it on wed or thurs.....sent to my home address cause i live at college and my mom is sending it to me......but pretty good service for my first time

 

hmm... I wouldnt know. I usually drive out there and buy parts in person

 

I've ordered from them many, many times and haven't had a problem yet. As others noted, my packages always arrive in a couple days- and I am in the very Noth of Cali.

I have nothing but good things to say about Mazdatrix. I'm sorry you have been unlucky.

 

Ive ordered from MazdaTrixs like a thousand times and never had any problems whith the orders or shipping. although the people that work for them are dick heads.
