Anyone else have this happen? And what is it?

I went to lunch today, get there and stop the car... pull the e-brake and had it in gear I think 1st, maybe 3rd though and let my foot off the gas. Car lurch and stalled and than I lost all power, like to everything... no more seat belts, no idiot cluster, no nothing for power. Pop the hood and get out to see if I blew a fuse and none are blown, but power comes back. Like 10 seconds had passed maybe, and I can't get the main 100A fuse out of the fuse block in engine bay by the battery. Is it supposed to be that way? And has anyone else had the car stall and lose power to everything?

there are 2 10mm bolts holding it in...open the little covers on each side under the fuse.
