Any 1987 S4 Tii manifolds around the $500 mark. All I am seeing is cheap ones like cx, and expensive custom ones. Im in need of a twin scroll with external wastegate.

 

i can't think of any new ones, but you might score a used one for $500 (or much less)

the other thing is the HKS FD setup kit, its ~$900, but its the manifold and wastegate 1402-AZ001
the 1402-AZ002 adds the downpipe and oil pipes, for an FD though, so it would need some fab work. and 1402-AZ003 adds the turbo

These are proven. Mild steel. Reliable. They work. May or may not need a bit of die grinding around the ports depending how fussy you are. Pretty much every turbo/engine/chassis configuration available. Not sure if shipping will work out for you though.

honestly though, 321 stainless pipe and elbows are so affordable and available now that it makes no sense for anyone to make a rotary turbo manifold out of 304.
