Stock turbo, RB full exhaust, 720cc secondaries, FCD, K&N intake, Cusco clutch and flywheel.
My friend has an STI and I can beat him on a 1/4 mile.

Ive beat Evos and STIs with my old GXL. It had a street ported 6 port engine with a port matched TII intake system, walbro pump, 850cc secondaries, custome 3" exhaust with no cats and a thermal research and development muffler, large NPR intercooler, and a 60-1 T04E with 6 psi of boost. I would have had it tuned for more boost, but I only had a AFC to do my tuning with at the time.
Im pretty sure my vert that I have now will beat an evo and STI once i get it tuned so its not runnin all fucked up. Its got a full TII swap, stock ported engine, 1680cc injectors, 830cc secondaries, aeromotive fuel pump, all steel braided fuel lines from firewall forward, kgparts fuel rails, BNR stage 4 s4 turbo, 3" exhaust system with no cats. HKS FMIC with Tial BOV, and a Haltech E6x going for tuning with 15-16psi, and probably within this next year a street ported 13BRE with some type of bigger twin turbo setup.
I got in a huge arguement one time with a guy because he had a SRT-4 and I referred to it as a neon. He was telling me how it wasnt a neon, it didnt say neon anywhere on the car. So it wasnt a neon. I was like, "dude, if your so against neons, whyd you buy one?" :/

Prowlers and PT cruisers don't say anything about being neons but they are all neons at heart. lol I like the srt4's Personally I think I would buy one and ripp of that dumb wing and anything that said srt4 and replace them all with stock neon labels.. lol I don't care for the styling I just like the idea of a nice car set up as it is for the fraction of other cars in the same hp range.
i took em all the time when my car was mostly stock. 720cc 2ndaries 3" rb dp, apexi n1 exhaust. chipped ecu, mild street port, and 3"tid. ther not nearly as fast as the world makes them seem
