I know I can destroy an evo on a hillclimb :p

But I don't really want to talk about on the auto-x course- doh!

They are pretty amazing cars considering they are 4 door sedans and will beat any rx-7 mod for mod in just about any arena of performance except for top speed as we are blessed with windtunnel developed aerodynamics and they are born from an econobox. Oh, and we beat them in bang for buck by a longshot.

we modify evo's at our shop here and i can tell you they are great piece of machinery. as blueTII said, they pretty much beat the rx7 mod for mod except on the highway

the owner of our shop has one and was running 150shot on top of the 18g @ 26psi forever, no problems except transmissions hahaha.

my goal is to destroy him with my personal FC i think i can do it on pump gas!!!

heh...thanks for the props guys, just found this thread.

I doubt there are many evos out there that can compete with my car. That said I have been pretty impressed with the ones I've raced. They pull way harder than you expect from a 40mph roll. I'd get one for a DD any time if I didnt have a bike and a miata... I bet they go way better than the 7 in snow. lol.
