Was wondering how I tell if I have the windshield with the antenna. What was this for AM? I cracked mine and the girl asked if I had the one with the antenna or not.

 

There are 2 tiny lines in the middle of the windsheild.

If you have them, you do. If you don't, you don't.

Personally, I have them. And if/when I get my windsheild replaced, I'll get one without. They don't get reception for $(#% anyway.

 

I do have the two lines, but what is that for AM? Becuase we all have the antenna in the back as well.

 

i always wondered what those were.

 

the rexs came with a very advanced stereo system the rear antenna and the front one are both for FM. the radio will switch between the one that has the stronger signal for the station you are tooned in to, i had my windshield replaced with the antenna in it and i shaved the rear one, i still get great reception, but its all about georgahic location.

i paid 200 dollars installed in my driveway, with a one ear warrenty

heh come to where I work and we'll do it for 120 installed.

 

I got quoted between $300 and $350, that's in Canadian dollars.
