Another Turbo Vacuum Q

Ok hooking everything back up and I thought I took enough pics but I have a 3 lines I need to see where they go. I have the FSM I think 2 of the lines hook up to each other but the book is a little vague I dont have the routing under the hood. I looked at the entire FSM and could not find the part in the middle of the pic. there is the nipple right under it and i will post another pic but the 3rd is under the primary fuel rail its a hard metal line.

could you MS Paint a couple arrows or something in to help us figure out what exactly you're talking about? Are you talking about the nipple coming off of the LIM?

yes the nipple on the LIM and the unit right above it where you can see a vacuum line once was also out of sight in the pic is a hard metal line coming off the rats nest near the primary injectors the car is all stock minus a couple things that dont effect this anyone that rebuilt a S5 TII engine should hopefully know what im looking for. Like I said before I have the FSM I cant find the part in the middle of the pic anywhere in the book.

Thanks

from that one pic it looks like the subzero start assist system, which should be eliminated even for a stockish, fully emissions compliant car.

Think ur right I removed the coolant box but not that cause this is the 1st my engine has been out. I was looking in a 90 FSM and my car is an 89 I think by 90 they deleted that system also my JDM intake did not have it but I used the factory intake because it is ported to match the engine. thanks for the input I was racking my brain completely forgot about that subzero start system.

Thanks
