I have been wondering if anyone has shaved handles in an FC myself.
And if so, what kits were the best.

this is the way i plan on doing mine if you would to know. AUTOLOC have all the stuff you need for this. I forget what the prices is off the top but it isn't that bad. And 300 to fill in the handel and to paint is a big ripp, you should beableto fing it cheaper. keep looking before you do it.

Go to WWW.AUTOLOC.com and look they have different types of silonids lbs wise for different apps. and it comes with a romote opener too

yeah I would say 300 bucks is not that great of a price. I am thinking of getting my handles shaved as well, I saw some kits in a Tuning Zubehor catalog...

I have a kit that i bought a long time ago for my Blazer. I never used it, it is a Amenity shaved door kit, comes with solenoids, remotes, emergency switch (button for driver door incase your batteries run out, or lock your keys inside) reciever, all wires, and mounting brackets for any car. Let me know if any of you are interested in it.

all the minitruckin mags, or truckin mags have all the setups. my friend has it and all u have to do is have an alarm and the normal button u press to alarm is set to open the drivers door if u hold the button down. then theres a button on the inside that pops the passenger door open. but i recommend havin another way to open the doors cause if ur battery dies and u cant open ur doors....that means u canopen the hood......which means, OH ****. but they have stuff for that just ask them. they have a couple good places in sacramento, even good guys or circuit city might do em.

there is a ghetto way of doin it. i know alot of ppl w/ aftermarket alarms(mainly clifford) buy a window roll up module and just roll thier windows down when they disarm their car w/ the remote. then they open the door from the inside.

there is a button or something to pull on the outside of your car, hidden of course, probably under it
You remember the flaming hotrod from gone in 60 seconds, he pushed a button under the car (under door) and it popped open
