Another springs and shocks thread :)

Im looking to upgrade my 88 na verts suspension a bit. What is a good spring and shock combo that wont break the bank too much, better at the track, and possibly isnt to much bumpier than my stock ones. Have to drive the lady around and she dosent want a too much bumpier ride :P

I just bought tein springs and Tokeio (SP?) shocks for mine, they look good but have not installed them yet.

They were the best bang for the buck i could find though.

You can get a full set of tokico blues for $250 ish on ebay, then for springs if you are looking for performance go with Racing Beat. Eibach is a double spring rate so it will be a cushy around town driving but will stiffen up when you make a sharp turn but they are a bit harder to find and maybe a tad more expensive.

You should also be able to find somebodies used set of shocks and springs for cheap on the for sale section.

I reasearched the RB vert specific springs, the rates are softer then the coupe springs, and the drop is only 1/2" , its almost like they made the springs a bit more tame and a improvement over stock but nothing crazy
