Am I going to get srewed

I found a 87 TII for sale and the man now wants to trade and I want to but my parents say that if his is a nicer car meaning a turbo why would he trade for an NA well that is in my words but he says it leaks coolant out of the water pump needes shifter bushings, needs to have the injectors cleaned and under heavy acceleration the car has a loss of power.

My car runs good has tyhe injectors cleaned but the body needs painted and a little bit of work his body is straight but needs painted to also does any one have any idea why when his goes under heavy acceleration that it has a loss of power. I need answers fast before I trade if I do

Thanks
