hey guys here is a little update on my swap so i got my new block in because the last one was no good,no compression so i got it started for the fist time really happy with that every thing looks good so far but i have a problem with idle she dose not want to go down pass 1200-1100 rpm i set my timing with what i saw on here and still nothing and i play with the idle srew and still nothing i did not bypass my resistor because i was toll it will not make a diffrence not sure about that but i read on here that you got to jumper the wire then start the engine to adjust the idle any help will be apreciated thanks

BAC has a screw on it to adjust Idle.
you should set your TPS too.You need to get the engine nice and warn to do that.(tons of threads on Setting TPS..your turn to search!)

ok thanks and i did do some setting on the tps and i got it rite around 800-850 i am very happy with that thanks alot and i will still search on hear on that and thanks again
