Als info please
Im rebuilding my engine soon. I found a two year old thread that people said some pretty good things about this apex seal. are they still as good as they said they were back then? They seemed to be be unbreakable and they dont eat the rotor housings with chatter marks like other apex seals can. How about the side seals? Are they good too?
I dont want to go with 3mm seals either. Ive heard bad things.

3mm will add more wear but if you premix they really won't wear any faster than your stock 2mm seals will with the oil metering system in place. but i will say that 3mm is unecessary as said unless you plan on going 350-400+RWHP
ALS seem to have a good reputation still, but they're a little more expensive than say Goopy seals which many people have been raving about lately with the same reliability and about 25% less cost wise.
