all gauges stopped working...

all gauges stopped working...

started my 89 LT1 swapped 7 last night and started to panic when i saw 0 oil pressure... then i realized all the gauges had stopped working... has any1 dealt with this before? what should i look at first?

yea mine went out the other day. check the fuse by your feet.

All the instruments (except the mechanical speedo) are fed from the 7.5A METER fuse, along with the reverse lights and warning light cluster.

quick update... havent checked the fuse yet... but the auto seatbelt has stopped working and my radio is cutting out every few seconds... these arent all run through the same fuse are they?

you must have forgotten to hook up a ground, triple check your grounds, and if that doesnt work you may want to juts do all new grounds.

Yes, the auto seatbelt system is fed by the METER fuse (and also the TURN fuse), but the radio isn't. If it's cutting in and out it won't be a fuse anyway.

You swapped a V8 into your FC, and you're asking us why the gauges don't work???
