Yeah, your wheel balance could be off. 200 bucks for an alignment isn't that bad, but they damn well better make it good.

Unless it was a race alignment from a speedshop, you were taken. The lackeys at Firestone do them for $20.

Firestone will do them for 120 waranteed for life here in ny. Or go to sears and they do it for 70 bucks warenteed for 6000 mile or 6 months. I wouldnt be suprised if your alignment or your balance was off, you should take it back.

When you get the wheels alligned can the rear wheels also be alligned. When I had my car at the dealership recently they told me they only alligned the front wheels because I put lowering springs on the rear and they told me because of that they could not allign the rear wheels.Did they just make that up or is there truth to what they said.

It is true that the rear camber cannot be adjusted stock, I do believe you can adjust toe however. There are aftermarket rear camber adjusters you can purchase though. Mazdatrix sells two varieties that either adjust both at the same time or each side individually.

^^^^ That is jacked up. Pulling the shock towers off will not work. It should only take about 30 minutes to do it also. Definately go to another place when you get the rear done.

The place I took it also did the rear or so they say but I'm pretty sure that it can be done due to the independent rear suspension.

1)Did they rotate your tires?
If you haven't rotated them in awhile you may get some temporary vibration until they get worn in a little.
2)BrakeMax???
Poor FC

The front gets its alignment off of the rear, most stock cars dont have camber and caster adjusments, just toe. I work at sears auto and its a common thing among the cars in this country. A lot of time you cant adjust anything at all because the manufacturer setting suck which will cause abornmal wear. Nissans have that problem

Yeay they were on there for a while when the aligment was all jacked up. Break Max is a Az Auto Shop kinda crappy when it comes to cool cars they mostly work on mini-vans and do front brake pad. NOT GOING BACK for sure.

So how would Sears adjust the caster/camber on the front-end of 90 GTU?
