Alchohol power?

hey guys... was talking to a buddy of mine the other day about one of the mods he had done to one of his cars in the past... its a water/achohol mixture... works on the same principal as NOS... when you pass 4psi boost a sensor will engage releasing the 50/50 mixture into the intake giving more power, cleaning the carbon from the engine, and giving better gas mileage....
is he crazy??? will this work in a rotary??? or is alchohol a no no ???

there's a lot of good info on this forum about water/alcohol injection if you search. there was even a group buy on water injection kits not too long ago.

I am going to go out on a limb here and guess that I am one of the few people in the 2nd gen section that actually sprays alcohol.

I guess what I meant was. If you are not tuned around the spray, that limits the amount you can run, because it adds to the fuel. Eventually you will drown the motor. I am not trying to hate, I am just trying to understand how much you can run without removing fuel.

i'm using a coolingmist kit and there's no way to adjust the amount you want to spray, just when you want it to come on. i went with a one nozzle kit and comes on at 4 psi.
