aftermarket intake and throttle body
I custom made an aluminum upper intake manifold that uses a Mustang throttlebody. It works great. If you still have the air flow meter there is no point though since you can't tune it. Please don't try to use one of those damn S-AFC things to make them work either. Get a standalone ecu first. Then worry about the intake.
Which car do you have? I was assuming from your avatar that you had a T-II. Regardless I would still recommend the Power FC if it is a 3rd gen you have. I hope this link works.

That car is currently getting parted out. I still have the manifold, engine, intercooler, and turbo. I am transferring them to the new car. I wish I had a dyno chart. That setup pulled like a bat out of hell! The engine is being torn back down to make the exhaust sleeve openings a little larger and update the intake porting a little. The only bad thing about having all of the intake runners open at the same time is that gas mileage and low end power fall off a little when under part throttle. I am making a new manifold that has an actuator like the Renesis intake system that opens two of the runners at a set rpm. That way I can run a half bridgeport of semi peripheral port engine and still be very streetable and pass emissions.
