And here is a perfect example of why you should NEVER DISABLE THE WARNING BUZZER.

Anyone who gives advice to just disable the buzzer should be ignored from that point on since they are clearly clueless.

I pulled my warning buzzer because I couldnt figure out why it was going off and I was in the middle of a very long road trip. I cleaned the sensor and kept putting coolant ant come to find out my thermostat was bad. Cooked motor baby!!

No, you lost a lot of coolant because you forgot to drain it before removing the UIM. Don't call the hose names because you made a silly mistake.

So after that i just refilled it with some more coolant. I've had the buzzer problem since then though.
You didn't bleed the air out of the system properly. Scroll back up to post #17 and follow my instructions to the letter. This procedure works perfectly for me every time. If you still have get the buzzer then check the warning system as per the FSM. Assuming you've already checked your oil...

I thought that this was a dead soldier. Guess not. Listen to the experts folks. When you think you have all the air out, and the buzzer goes off, try again. Goes off again, try again.
Spend the 30 bucks on a new sensor, try again. I replaced my sensor-bad, water pump-leaking, lower hose-split, thermostat-stuck open, and I never once had the buzzer go off. Does the buzzer work, yes. I just check all my fluids daily so that I won't go boom. Trust NZ and Aron, they ain't dummies.
