Access to heater/removal
Hey guys,
My FC has sprung a leak in the cabin and coolant is leaking slowly down into the passenger footwell (not on ECU thankfully ) anyway I need to fix the leak... only place it could be leaking from - that seems logical - is the heater
I've got a few questions, if anyone has done this before it would be great to know what I'm diving into :P
1. Will I have to remove the refrigerant from the A/C system and/or the A/C system in the cabin to access the heater?
2. Will I have to remove the entire dash board and gauge cluster to access it?
3. Does someone have a picture(s) of the heater/installation?
Owell so gutted about this leak!!!
Cheers for any info you guys have!

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
Depends on where the leak is coming from; there area few possibilities. It could be the hose in the engine bay - yes it can - trust me. There is also a small piece of hose that connects the pipes that could leak. It could also me the heater core itself leaking. You really need to find the source of the leak first
mmmm - find the FSM - I believe there are some good pics in there
