The low side. It is the large fitting of the two. It's also the most easily noticable.

Is it the one on the passenger side of the car down by the frame rail then?

I thought it was the one up on the high part of the tube running above the throttle body from drivers side across to passenger side (port is on the pass side). Huh guess I was wrong.

No it's the other one. NEVER charge into the pressure side of the system. If you do You'll blow up the can of freon injuring yourself. The fitting is a diffrent size. It should be impossibe to put a line from a can tap on the high side fitting.

edomund-

At the risk of sounding harsh, you need to get some experienced help on that a/c system. The system is very straight forward. Judging by asking the questions you are asking, we can tell you are really green at this. Take your time and get a friend or someone to help so you can get that thing working without hurting yourself.

You are risking your personal safety and also your a/c system.
