An air leak between the AFM and throttle body can do it, improperly set CAS, something left unplugged...
Flooded maybe. I've installed a used engine and had to de-flood the damn thing. Remove the EGI fuse, pop off the vacuum hose going to the MAP sensor and stick it in a bottle of oil. Crank the car for about 15 sec, let sit for a couple minutes. Crank a few more times like that until you hear good compression restored. You'll know, it'll start going puh puh puh, instead of waaaaa.
BTW. How do you know you're getting fuel?

But my question will be Why the warning lights don't come on when I put the key in on? I check all the grounds on the engine and look good even I change some to different place.

Just to clear some things up. The engine is a full bridge. albeit a small bridge as bridges go. ECU is stock. all connectors are in place and well connected. No issues with compression or maf. spark is there, a little weak but there. But the major issue is that when the key is turned there are no and I me NO lights on the warning cluster. The ECU has been changed twice with known working computers Injectors are working and all the necessary elements are in place to fire the engine.

chris let me correct what i told you yesterday.. the warning lights will NOT come on if the alternator is unplugged. if the alt is plugged in, the warning lights will come on if the alternator is not turning (aka key on, engine not running). so if lights never come on, then something is wrong with wiring to the alternator. if lights are always on, something is wrong with alternator.
as far as getting the engine started, does it start, run like ****, then immediately die? Toby's half bridge on the stock ecu would not idle with stock injectors.. it would run really rough and way lean. but it would start. bridgeports want a lot more fuel in vacuum than stock ports, toby was running 550's in the primariess and stock injectors in secondaries. If juan is running a full bridge, then maybe the engine is not getting enough fuel with the stock injectors to even start? maybe try pinching the fuel return line to bump up fuel pressure and see if it starts. I can come over tonight to take a look at if if you want
the other thing, are you sure you stabbed the CAS correctly?
