88 vert wheels?

Hi guys I got a 88 vert and it had some 16 rims, i found the original stock wheels that are 15, if i change the wheels with the 15 it wont be as low as it was before, ive heard lowering the car helps it with turns and all, is this true?

putting on smaller wheels wont really yeild any real results.. to lower your car for handling.. the best way is new ,, lower or stiffer springs, and new struts ,, adjustable or just upgraded

well a lot of places can order them for you.
also if you're planning to change your shocks and springs then my advise is to change sway bars and add tower bars(front and rear) as well. If you got the hook ups....
and of course set of new tires will help....

from what I've heard smaller wheels are good if you're looking for a smoother ride...

good luck finding a tower bar for the back struts. Too my knowledge on verts (which isn't much for suspension) they do not make stuff that fits in the back. The front is the same as the coupes the back is not.

you're right. I didn't even realize that he had a convertible.

but still he can go for the front towers and get some nice cornering (of course if you upgrade the whole suspention ).

i dont know if theres any reason to upgrade the sway bars, the vert did have the hard suspension with bigger sway bars right, i havent checked my 91 vert but my 91 coupe with the harder suspension has bigger sway bars front and back compared to my 90 gtu w/ the base suspension.
