'88 Vert cranks but wont start

Hello,
I have a 1988 FC Vert I picked up last year with 109,000 on the odometer. I have yet to do a compression test, but it starts right up hot and cold and doesn't smoke. Since then I have done a good amount of mods to the car, with the most recent being a full exhaust from the headers back. I got the whole exhaust on with a new O2 sensor and all the goodies, and it started right up as it normally does. I let it warm up to running temp and then took it for a good 20 minute drive, where it ran fine and had no hesitations or anything. I came back to park it and it sat for about another 15-20 minutes. I tried to move it to make room for other cars, but it would just continue cranking. I tried checking normal things like fuel, but I have yet to check for spark. I am 99% sure it is getting fuel, as after I crank it I can smell fuel in the exhaust, and hear the fuel pump run if I jump the connection. I checked for flooding too, all plugs were dry. I'm starting to think maybe it's something dumb like a clogged fuel filter, and the pump is running but no fuel is actually getting into the motor. At this point I am kind of clueless, as I haven't worked with rotaries for long, although I have done a good amount of research and asking around. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, so if you do have any ideas, please relay. I will also try and update when I check for spark tomorrow.

I would bet that its flooded anyways, or at least oil washdown. We used to just pull the fuel pump relay under the dash and crank until it started, then plugged it back in. You can do the same thing with the fuel pump fuse. Dont pull the ECU fuse, you need the spark to clear the fuel out.

Deleted, sorry didn’t read the entire post and I was going to recommend looking at the spark plugs.

I will still do the de-flooding process just to triple check and then move on to other things
