88 rx7 turbo 2 HELP!

Im looking to buy an 88 turbo2 rx7 from a guy that lives like an hour away. He said the car has a fresh rebuilt engine in it and new 1 piece apex seals. The rebuild only had 30 miles on it right now its also completely stock! The only problem im having is he said it sounds like a vacuum leak and it has some trouble accelerating. Is this a serious problem? or do you guys think its something little? i know its hard to tell but give me some idea of what it could be please.

The Vaccum leak is an easy fix. The accelerating issue could be multiple things, Coil not grounded, tps adjustment, vac leak,TID cracked, bad ground, dirty injectors ect. Check the troubleshooting page in the FSM.
