I've used Emanage Ultimate for Rx-8 and 3000GT/Stealth twin turbo applications. What exactly are you trying to do with it? What's your setup? There are jumpers you need to set correctly. And before you go hacking up your harness, let me say right now that there is very little that the EMU can do that the Rtek 2.1 can't do equal or better.
The wiring is going to be elaborate. You may want to adapt an Rx-8 Emanage.

What makes it a pain in the *** is that Rx-7's have two sets of sparkplugs and two sets of injectors but the EMU wasn't initially designed with that kind of arrangement in mind. That means you need to use the auxiliary injector harness and use the auxiliary injector map to adjust secondary injector duty cycle. You don't really have any direct control over the injector staging. The timing is a pain in the *** because all you can do is make adjustments, up to 20 degrees advance or retard for leading and trailing. But because you can't actually see the internal timing maps you are playing a big guessing game, especially with trailing split. You'll want to buy the Greddy boost sensor as well, so that you can retard timing based on boost. The EMU can alter the airflow meter signal and that's the easiest thing to get working. Trust me though you'd be fine with a used SAFC 1 from 10 years ago. They're much easier to install and quicker to use.
