Ive got an 87 base RX7 auto that im doing a 5 speed conversion to. I have the 87 flywheel to keep the balance correct with the engine and a 90 trans out of a GXL, but I purchased an 86-88 clutch. Will this clutch also work with the 89-92 trans if its out of an N/A as mine is or do the transmissions also differ more than just the gear ratios? And if I have to use a different clutch will it work with the 87 flywheel? I just wanna figure this out without having to bolt everything up to find Ive got major problems so any info will be greatly appreciated.

They're fine, my car is a 90 and I put an 87 transmission in it.
