I replaced mass air sensor but I'm still not getting any fuel pressure when key is on. I can jump fuel system to purge fuel system. But no pressure when key is on ignition. I replaced fuel pump relay also . Can anyone give idea on where to check next?
Either you’re not giving us enough information, or you didn’t read your other thread.
87 rx7 does not prime fuel with ignition on.
Now if you’re talking about no fuel during cranking, that’s another issue.
Below is the link to all of the full service manuals. Wiring diagram for 88 is available and shows fuel pump wiring on 50-34, page 31.
Full service manual shows troubleshooting tree on page 4a-10 under fuel system section. 4a-54 shows how to check the air flow meter. Just because it’s replaced doesn’t mean it’s good (it probably is).

Do you have 12v to the engine harness? Check at afm, injector, other sensor/solenoid. Do you have spark when cranking? I’m basically leading towards making sure you even have power at the afm when ignition is on.
And always check continuity to ground for the ground wires.

FYI, you can always wire up a relay to allow for the fuel pump to operate while ignition is on. Just have to supply signal from the fuse box while ignition on, but not recommended since it would leave the fuel pump running while not running the engine. Even the use of a switch can be used and recommended for theft prevention.
Rewiring the fuel pump is recommended to decrease the voltage drop across the stock wiring which will decrease AFR’s, but using the stock signal is recommended for reasons mentioned prior.
