87 NA FC Smoking

Jeremy's (chilli7) 87 FC smokes when letting off the gas at high rpms (over 5500). Doesn't matter if it's under load (shifting) or not.

Smoke color is a bluish-gray. Any ideas?

Did it smoke like that before he gutted it? It could have something to do with it, but if it happens frequently i think it's something more serious.

Well if i recall more oil is pumped in around 5k rpm or so

When I rev my car past 5k blue smoke shoots out, if i hold it around 5-7k I'll leave a trail of blue smoke, never smokes otherwise except startup.

Doesnt quite look like that, I did see the smoke before when I had stock exhaust wasnt THAT bad, with the corksport exhaust (single) its more of a plume if i recall.

So maybe normal

When you get the blue smoke, how close to rebuild is it? I've always wondered that...
