Start off by doing a compression test.

Black plugs are a sign of runing rich. As white87fc said compreshion test. The first thing comes to minde is blown apex seals. Main or side.

Maybe the car is running so rich that it floods the engine on the start up. what kind of stuff have you replace? Have you replace the vacuum that goes from the boost sensor to the intake manifold?

Yea the injectors may be just shot wide open. Unushual. He does not have a boost sensor it is a N/A therefor it is a presur sensor MAP and will not caus this.

It is more or less a long shot but if the rod is stuck up or open it will cause more oil then needed to be injected into motor and smoke a lil. It is the rod connected to the TB facing the pullys. It goes down to the OMP it should swival up and down as throttle is applied.

Other then this I dunno it would prolly be over my knowledge. :-(

View the attachment for help. The rod should swival freely up and down with throttle. If it does not you need to find out why.

I dunno why its stuck without looking. It is just on a spring. I mean look over it asses it and see what you cant come up with. As well there held together by the bolt on the end. You could disasemble that half and inspect it. If you want and have a spare Zenki as you say you can swap the TB from it over. But I would rather just fix it.

Yea the MOP when stuck can just caus a lil smoke when runing. It was just something that needed fixing. I am not to sure what your prob is. Bad compreshion is all I can come up with right now. Sorry.
