86 flooding and fouling plugs

I need some help. I have an 86 every so often it won't start I smell gas real strong and it refuses to start usually resulting in changing the oil as it has gotton gas in it and replacing all the plugs. I just returned from a long trip about sixteen hundred miles in all and it ran like a top.. Got home parked it washed it waxed it. Went to go somewhere and won't start can anyone tell me why this happens and how to fix it. I'm not a mechanic by any means-I need some help don't know who to trust as far as shops.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give. undefined

Have you ever had the Fuel Injectors cleaned and serviced?
