86 FC wip... Ft hood TX

So i bought this fc in Oct 09 for $1000... its a 5spd, 13b, S4, manual windows
Gold with burgundy interior
the interior was faded to an off tan/green color horrible looking... but i found a donor S5 for $125 gold with black interior

by the time i took some of those pics i had already converted the rear hatch interior to the black s5 interior and bought Enkei PKRs, did the S5 tail-light/side-view conversion , but the front interior as you saw from the above pics... needed some tlc or better yet to be swapped...

The car is looking really good, Mitchell. The black interior was a great improvement. I like the stereo receiver too.

BTW: Misterstyx, ... Sony WX-7700MDX

@ Brian_Reynolds123
not sure the s5 wing has minor cracks all over it... i'll probly sand it down and make a master and cast a few

@misterstyx69
It is a Sony WX7700MDX, i purchased mine from a guy on the honda-tech forums for 119.00 shipped, you can find them on ebay HERE for 185.00, however i'll let you in on a few things... you cant change the color of the faces without the remote, the manuals are only in japanese and you need a fm converter to listen to ANY USA radio stations... but it is sweet! and about the burgundy.. that must've been the cool things in the 80's cuz i had a 89 300zx and the interior in that was burgundy too...

@DriftHappy
thnx i appreciate the compliments...

@Makenzie71
I previously sold the dash to a friend on the forums, he lives in san antonio and sux... cuz it turns out it didnt fit his convertable... but i dont think it looks too bad two-tone that way cuz of the door accents, seatbelts and other small stuff...

hopefully i have sunday and monday off cuz if the weather permits i'll be taking off the s5 wing and sanding it smooth and making some molds...
