Where can i find block off plates for s4 t2 motor??

I am looking for a plate that goes on the center iron and cover the 2 holes on the center iron as well. I do not know what they are called or where to get these items. Any help is appreciated!! Thank you.

Take a look at this picture I found, look at the intermediate plate. I believe it is the primary injectors and plate a lil bit further up that I need.

That is not my motor.
