'86...the car now does not run, ....Why??

I took my car in to get a stereo installed and even drove it into the bay myself the night before they worked on it and it was running fine. The nest day I went to pick it up and it ould hardly start, and when it finally did, it ran like **** - when I put it in 1st, it felt like it was running in 3rd when I gassed it. I had the guy re-look over all the stuff he did and he couldn't find anything - it kinda sounds like a vacuum hose is disconneced, but I don't know much about rotories, ad I didn't see anything abnormal(I don't think). It has a kill switch, maybe they messed that up? But I tld them what to do - I don't know - anyone have any clues, I'm dyin here.

No, I didn't check the odometer, because it's not the original, so I didn't even think about it, and I can't get it running now, so I can' check codes on it currently.

I'd start with compression check.

Visually look over everything for the obvious, such as the vac line or hose that decided to pop off. You sure the installers knew what they were doing? It would almost be worth it to have them disconnect all of the power, lighting, and ground wiring they did, to verify that's not the problem...

Well, I did look over most of the car, the main visual stuff, it's just that they've had it for 4 days, going on 5 and I've been in classes and stuff. The only thing they did was hook up the head unit, so it wasn't a lot of wiring. And how would I go about doing a compression check?
