6000 RPM Fade

6000 RPM Fade
Hello! I have been seeing this happen for a while now. When I run threw 1st and 2nd to 7000 RPM's my oil presure reads about one needle thickness above the 60 psi and when I pull third to about 6000 RPM's my oil pressure reads 60 psi. I'm affraid my pressure is to low to ride her out to 7000, I heard that you need 10 psi's for every 1000 RPM's. Other information to give you a better picture of my problem if I am in neutral, rev and hold at 3000 RPM's I get a reading of about a needle and a half away from 110 PSI's.
Also after pulling hard though the gears up to 6000, if I immediatley pull over and let it idle my oil pressure is around 25 psi and then will gradually come up to 28 to 30 PSI after a minute. If I drive the car around like grand mom and keep it under 3000 rpm's the oil pressure will be around 32 PSI's where it should be. One last thing my shift light comes on at 5000 in every gear do you think its the TPS I'm going to build a two lamp tester.....any good tester buid recommendations would be welcomed! Thanks for your time!
