Ok here is the thing, I am buying an 89 TII from my best friend who just got a 95 R2. The thing is it has a blown seal!!! SO.....
I am wondering what I should do? Alot of people say buy the rebuild kit and do it yourself, I was considering pettit but it was like 3,000 for a rebuild. It already has alot of mods to the car and I am going to get a upgraded ecu during the same process. So I need something that is going to handle some upgrades. So please help me out with your info so that I can get it back on the road and destroying domestics!!!!

Yep,
$3000 - $4000 is about right to have the engine rebuilt professionally. Doing it yourself is cheaper. There's a website out there that has allot of info about doing this.
