+20 over 5K rpm with 720 secondaries is indicating somethings wrong.

Troubleshooting is not the same as random guessing. You need to approach this logically.

First start with all the systems you touched. Make sure things are plugged in, sealed, etc.

Since you have verified that you have fuel, spark and compression, then look for other common causes.

Leaking injectors?
Fuel pressure (check with aftermarket gauge)?
Fouled plugs?

Nice to see more people trying this out. I used the Tii manifolds on mine with the whole Tii drivetrain and cpu and sensors. The only thing was that the engine was weak so it blew since I had a 3in downpipe running right of the turbo for the exhaust and that was it.

Just checking, lol. I would suspect first vacuum leaks, those bitches always create trouble, after that I'd start by checking everything already listed above.

ok well, i got some staring fluid from the basement, fired it up, let it warm up and sprayed the **** out of the vaccum lines while it idled. nothin. i got winter to ponder so i guess ill get new plugs anywho... should i get tII plugs?? probably i guess. um ill get new fuel filter since i personally never changed since i owned this car (1 year) and go from there, oh and get the damn exhaust fixed! its still outa tune. runs rich from 3,000 or so till around 5,000 then she drops... strange. from 3 to 5 its still in the HIGH 9's to low 10's so its in need of minor tuning and the damn gasket from spacer to manifold is leaking out of the corner. boy i bet i missing tons of boost...... maybe thats a good thing... for now.

They use the same plugs. What fuel pump are you using?
