6 port problem grrrrr

Unhappy 6 port problem grrrrr

its like i hit a wall at 6k like the 6 port isnt opening i checked all the vac lines....


does anyone know at what rpm the port is supposed to open at?

if i passed emissions could i just leave the ports open??
positives and negatives to this????

The auxiliary ports open at 3800 RPM. And even if they don't, you'll still be able to redline. They're not the problem.

Pull engine codes to see if anything is malfunctioning.

so i checked again no check engine light so no code right
it just hits a wall at 6k

leaving ports wired open-

pros- the ports are always open u never had to worry about them not opening at high rpms.

cons- worse mpg and the engine will suffer bottom end power
