I have an 89 vert, the drivers door has been replaced and is a little different than the passenger door. The drivers door has no speaker pod nor mount for it. It also does not seem to fit the door panel i have for it, i have not looked into it much to see why, but it looks like the door handle is moved a little too far forward. Looking at the passenger door, the spot where the interior door handle mounts is formed a little differently.

So my question is did the wrong door get put on? I have not noticed any other discrepancies, and its not a huge problem, but i do want to put my door panel on eventually...lol

If its a S4 door the trim on the outside will be different on the inside the S4 pocket is longer the speaker location is right above the window switches it was small like a 4" speaker.
