Dont think you need the lines all the way to the MC. I think its just the first short section coming off the caliper. Mazdatrix.com has them for cheap, at the very bottom.

Im doing a 5 lug conversion soon and would like to know if these are what we need???
I cut the lines on my 5 lug,DOH.

you need the hubs, rotors, calipers, pads and lines that go from the wheel well to the caliper.

You don't need anything.
The longer hose from the single piston caliper will work fine with the four piston unit...no adapter or hard line needed.

Even if upgrading to braided stainless lines, I'd prefer the single piston hose as it eliminates one connection point in the system.

I've done this, my car has been running single piston lines on 4-piston calipers for several months.
If necessary, shorten the banjo bolt.
This type of connection seals with the crush washers instead of the taper at the fitting's end, so if the bolt is shortened enough, the washers can do their thing.

You can just add washers and not have to cut anything
