If you do an LS1 swap, you have to figure out by yourself how to wire the stock ecu into the car, or, go standalone. You need engine and transmission mounts
A driveshaft, a cooling system, ignition system, custom exhaust system, custom clutch hydraulics, custom throttle cable.

It goes on, and on, and on, a 13B would be drop in with factory parts.

So you could drop in the engine it was designed for, or you could drop a camaro engine in it, get rid of the low entral center of gravity, the low polar moment, the original sound, make it harder to control in corners.

For the price you'd spend, why not just spend the extra 1k and buy a corvette in the first place? Or a Cobra? Thats just the 86-95 models withing 15 miles of me for less than $15k.
