Question 4 piston front calipers?

I searched alot of specs on the site but couldn't find the answer to this:

Which model 2nd Gen RX-7s came with 4 piston front brake calipers?

Thanks.

Look at the top 2 threads that are stickied in this section. The 1st thread will give you all the specs. Also under that look at the FAQ's. You'll get your answer.

Anything that is not a base model...
1986 - 1988 models are easy to tell, since all base models in those years come with 4-lug hubs / wheels.

1989 - 1991 models are tricky, since they are all 5-lug hubs / wheels.
You can peer through the wheels to see - check the rears, since the rear brake rotor is solid (not vented) on base models.

I looked in those sticky threads and FAQ but I must have overlooked it.

He probably expected it as well, so he gave you the best answer to your question-the ability to learn.

If someone says "SEARCH NEWB!", that's being an ***.

When you name call and disparage someone who has given you a valid pointer to the place to learn your answer, THAT is wrong.

Keep behaving like an *** to those who help. That's the way to get lots of helpful
cooperation.

Let's face it, it is easier to ask than to actually read through the Sticky, isn't it?

BTW, Santa Hates name callers.
