3800 rpm hesitation is a legendary problem that occurs in 2nd gen 7s, and has to do with the ECU.

Like Solo said, search and ye shall find.

Why doesn't someone compile a big listing of all these topics that keep reoccuring...? (or if ones already made, then keep it stickied at the top of the page)

Just realized, are you asking where is it located? On the front of the front right struct tower, there is a little black box attached to it. That's your boost sensor.

Nobody called you a dumb ****. If you've searched and haven't found the answer just say so. The 3800 hesitation, flooding, true dual exhaust, and several other questions are posted like they're brand new about once a week. For those who've been around here for a while it gets old seeing the same questions asked over and over by people who don't use the search first. You did. Thanks.

By the way, mine hesitated a lot when I first got it and the more I clean up the grounds, the better it gets. I just cleaned the negative terminal on my battery AGAIN and the car is running better than ever.
