3800 hesitation half fixed.
<- 86 NA GXL
I re-grounded my ECU to fix the hesitation at 3800. The wires looked still good new, and in good condition. I added ground wires to those existing wires anyway and attached them to the fire wall. I took it for a test spin after~ It minimized the hesitation to the point where you will not notice it unless your really really trying to feel for it. But i can still barely feel a very small hesitation. I checked my other grounds, and they all like almost mind condition. Does anyone else have any other ideas? What else can I do?

have your fuel injectors been cleaned recently?
how do you know your grounds are "good"? are you just looking at them? are you doing voltage drop tests?
I had to re-solder my ecu grounds twice b/c first time I made crappy joints and hesistation was still there. my car still has very slight hic-up sometimes but thats just b/c the secondary injectors are coming on line and car is very modified.
so... looks like you can re-do the grounds again, clean injectors (send to rc engineering), or live with it. only very small chance that problem is related to something else.
good luck
